1. The service
Tokyo Tickets operates an online platform through which travellers can browse and book admission vouchers for attractions in Japan. We act as an intermediary between you and the venues whose products we list. Ticket types, prices, dates and time slots are defined by each experience and may change without prior notice.
2. Bookings and confirmation
A booking is created when you complete checkout. Your order is only confirmed after payment is approved and our team issues the digital vouchers. Until vouchers are issued, an order can be cancelled and any reserved time slot released. You must provide accurate contact details; we use them to deliver your vouchers and important updates.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), with Japanese yen (JPY) shown as an indicative conversion. The amount charged at checkout is the USD amount. Payments are processed through secure payment providers, and the provider's terms apply to the transaction.
4. Digital vouchers
After confirmation you receive digital vouchers by email and in your account. Each voucher has a unique code and QR. Show the QR code at the venue entrance. Vouchers are personal, non-transferable unless stated, and lose validity if the corresponding order is cancelled or the voucher is reported as used.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation rules are defined per experience and shown before checkout. Time-slot changes may be possible while availability lasts; contact support before the visit date. Once a voucher has been issued, cancellations are subject to the venue's policy.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for arriving at the venue on the booked date and time, carrying a valid ID when required, and following the venue's rules. Tokyo Tickets is not responsible for closures, delays or changes operated by venues, transport or authorities.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no automated bulk bookings, no resale of vouchers without written permission, no attempts to circumvent prices or availability, and no interference with the operation or security of the service.
8. Liability
The platform is provided as is, within the limits of applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, Tokyo Tickets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost travel arrangements. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. Material changes are announced on this page before taking effect. Continuing to use the platform after the change means you accept the new terms.
